Depression and Anxiety Support Group

This new 9-week group will be at the South KC campus. Though each person’s journey with depression or anxiety is unique, one tool that benefits almost everyone is a wellness plan. Many turn a corner when they take time to think through their life and write down an intentional, personalized plan. Even better, is creating this plan in a safe, confidential group with others in a similar journey. IMPORTANT: This is not a therapy group. Safe groups are created by limiting the group size, consistent attendance, and group dynamics that respect each person. Open to men and women over age 18. If this group sounds helpful to you, contact Caroline Cooper, caroline@ingodscorner.org or 816.589.0356, for times and room location.
