Helping people become passionate, selfless followers of Christ

Disaster Relief

Tornado Disaster Relief:
Thank you for your amazing outpouring of Christ’s love and compassion! Colonial’s Tornado Disaster Relief Fund is still accepting financial gifts for Reading, KS and Joplin, MO. Please note “Tornado Relief” with your monetary gift. To date, Colonial has sent more than 26 work teams to Joplin and raised over $145,000 for tornado relief assistance. We've joined with countless volunteers to restore hope and provide care to those in need through prayer and spiritual encouragement. Additionally, we've partnered with other EPC Churches in support of our sister congregation, New Creation Church.

Disaster Relief Trips
Colonial's physical acts of service have included sending chain saw crews and debris removal teams, preparing & serving meals, sorting donations, cleaning, packing care kits and collecting food and supplies to donate. Currently New Creation Church is running low on canned veggies, fruits, tuna, chicken and peanut butter. Please deposit food donations in the collection bins in the church foyer or drop them off at the church office.
