This year, we were honored to have Holley Gerth as our speaker. Holley's new book, You're Already Amazing: Embracing Who You Are, Becoming All God Created You to Be was the basis for our retreat. Women feel enormous pressure to be perfect. To have the perfect body, to be a perfect woman, to have the perfect career, and to have the perfect attitude. All the time. Under all that pressure and all those expectations are women carrying burdens they were never meant to carry and suppressing the dreams they were always meant to live.

Holley Gerth is cofounder of (in)courage, an online destination for women, which received more than one million page views in its first six months. She also reaches out to readers through her popular blog, Heart to Heart with Holley, and through her partnership with DaySpring, a subsidiary of Hallmark. Holley lives in Arkansas with her husband Mark.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation is by written request only . When cancellation is received by 2/10/12 (three weeks before), you will receive a full refund minus $25 for the materials already purchased for you; received by 2/17/12 (two weeks before), you will receive a full refund minus $50 for the fees charged by Lied Lodge and the costs of the materials; thereafter, you will receive a 25% refund of your total payment for cancellation between 2/18/12 and 3/1/12. There is no refund after start of Women's Retreat. There are no refunds for no-shows. Refunds will be issued approximately 4-6 weeks after the retreat. If desired, the registration fee paid, minus $50 for Lied Lodge and cost of materials, can be transferred to a future women’s retreat.
We realize that sometimes in life there are emergency situations (medical, family, etc) and only in such circumstances, and on the sole discretion of Women’s Retreat Team, and in cases of emergencies, will full refunds be considered. In these situations, we will do our best to convince Lied Lodge not to charge us for your room/board especially if cancellation happens less than 48 hrs before the start of the retreat. But should they charge us for your meals/room, we will pass on those expenses to you. If they do not charge us, you will receive a full refund minus $50 for the fees charged by Lied Lodge and the costs of materials. Colonial Presbyterian Church is not responsible for prepaid, non refundable travel arrangements.
In the event of a weather related cancellation, all payments will be refunded. If an alternate date chosen for the retreat does not work in your schedule, the balance of your payments will also be fully refunded.
