Helping people become passionate, selfless followers of Christ

Seeing the Savior

Seeing the Savior, Images from the Life of Christ
a CIVA traveling exhibition.

The entire exhibit is currently on display at the Wornall Campus Fellowship Hall through March 15. CLICK HERE for the brochure.

Seeing the Savior features 35 works by 14 artists, most of whom live and work in the United States. Curator Sandra Bowden has selected works that tell the story of Christ’s life from the Annunciation of his birth by the angel Gabriel to Mary through His magisterial enthronement in heaven.

Collectively the works may be interpreted according to thematic categories established in the Middle Ages and popularly known as the Infancy, Mission and Ministry, and Passion Cycles.
