Here are some of the qualities we look for in potential LIFE Group Leaders:

What do we look for in a leaders and coaches?
1. A passion to follow Christ
2. Good character to become more Christ-like
3. A call to shepherd people
4. Ability to lead, guide, and care for a group
5. Commitment
6. Appropriate motive for leadership
7. Willingness to expand the ministry and multiply

We try to match our leaders with a coach who will be their mentor and friend in ministry. By meeting once a month, the coach will help the leader to grow individually and in their ability to lead a life-transforming healthy small group.
