Pastor Jim West, Lead Pastor
Jim and his wife Christy are busy keeping up with an infant daughter and three active sons. They share a love and concern for those who are less fortunate. Jim is delighted to lead a congregation who "Gives It Away" to those who are needy in our community.

Pastor Bob Lehleitner
Site Pastor, Quivira Campus
Bob and his wife Gwen have a son in high school and a daughter in college. Bob has a long history of support for ministries in the inner city and a special heart for youth and men's ministries.

Pastor Drew Henderson,
Site Pastor, Wornall Campus
Drew and his wife Nibal met in Nashville. They last lived in Charlotte and have been blessed with three children; two boys (9 and 7) and a little girl (4). They both have worked extensively in housing and homelessness ministries, and have a deep passion for God's peace in the Holy Land.

Associate Pastor, Wornall Campus
Mary and her husband Dan have two sons. She and her family enjoy camping vacations. Her ministry passion is caring for others, prayer, and women's ministries.

Pastor Todd Weiland
Associate Pastor, Quivira Campus
Todd and his wife Julie enjoy their daughter in middle school and two sons in elementary school who keep their lives action-packed. Todd has a heart for caring for people experiencing difficulties or loss, and for spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ's love and peace to a hurting world.
